I grew up on the Southern Shore and have lived throughout the St. John’s area, Mount Pearl, Paradise, and CBS. Those experiences have given me not just local knowledge, but a real connection to the communities I serve—and the people in them.

My path into real estate wasn’t traditional. With a background in hiring and coordinating in the offshore oil industry, I built my career around organization, communication, and staying calm under pressure. In 2020, I purchased a home in CBS and created “Villa on the Rock,” an Airbnb that completely shifted my perspective. That experience sparked a passion for real estate and led me to help others manage their own properties—before ultimately becoming a Realtor.

Today, I bring that same grounded, steady approach to every client I work with. Whether things are moving quickly or challenges come up along the way, my focus is making sure you feel supported, informed, and confident in your decisions.
